Cancellation policy

We kindly request a twenty-four (24) hour notice for all cancellations for a full refund.
Things to Know

Most restaurants are going to be in Atoka or Antlers. Dispensaries are in both towns. Liquor stores in both towns. A Walmart in Atoka. Both towns are 16 miles away. There is a Dollar General in Lane which is a couple of miles from us. There is a convenient store a mile from us, the Dam Store-they sell beer, fishing equipment, have a grill, gas, that sort of thing.
What are our payment options?

We accept all major debit and credit cards, checks, and cash.

We are pleased to offer month-to-month stays at a discounted daily rate. Looking for a place to call home for a month or longer? Fill out our form below and one of our friendly associates will send you our background check release form to complete. All potential long-term tenants must be over the age of eighteen (18) years
